Guest : Sure thing! Hello to everybody once again! My name is Maxim and I’m the Co-founder of the @piranhas_finance project.
First of all Piranhas is a crypto currency. But spiced with a gameplay factor to make it even more interesting, fun, and due to its tokenomics and smart contracts,holders can either increase or decrease its value. You can be a friendly breeder and just provide liquidity to ETH-PIR pool and receive benefits from commissions and price increase. Or you can be a bad guy and hard player, attack other holders and join the clan.
By the moment of launch we will have 3 tokens, and later on will constantly add new tokens and features to the platform.

Segment 2 : Twitter Question
Q1: DeFi is one of the hottest topic in the blockchain space right now. Can you share your opinion about DeFi with us? Do you think that DeFi will disrupt the existing financial system? What is #Piranhas approach towards the DeFi sector?
Answer : DeFi exists a few years already but received its massive popularity only now. You never know in prior if one thing or another will be a game-changer or will be a total looser in time. Disruption of the existing financial system is a long way to go, where you have to consider a lot of underlying details, like geopolitics, society, technological development of countries. And look what happens now, with the pandemic from which a lot of businesses and countries has suffered and keep suffering now. And due to this happening, the financial system is changing as well. What I can clearly manifest, is that the financial system is changing, but we’ll need to put a lot of effort and time to achieve desirable results in the future.
In Piranhas we wanted to create an easy to use, with eye-catching design, with the possibility to unite people from different worlds not only in a matter of finances but as well from the perspective of social connections. This will be possible thanks to our plans for launching tournaments, adding clans to the platform, and developing the mobile application, where even more people could be connected together. And don’t forget that playing or using piranhas.finance platform you can also increase your capital )
Q2: Do you have any Coin Burn/BuyBack systems or any Token Burn plans to increase the value of the Token & attract Investors to invest?
Answer : Very good question, that takes us to the core of the economical model. Thanks for it!
As you can read in all our descriptions and DOC, Piranhas has a deflationary model. We will have both functions: buyback and token burn.
Once you perform an outgoing transaction, 10% are being deducted from it and sent to:
5% — buyback of the $PIR tokens
5% — burned forever
So, as you can notice, the token has an organic mechanism that will lead to the price increase.
Another thing is our Attack mechanism ( you can read more here: https://doc.piranhas.finance/how-to-play/kill-events ).
If briefly, once you attack somebody through our APP, some amount of PIR tokens is being frozen from your and your opponent’s wallets. It means that for the period of time, while frozen tokens are situated on another Smart Contract, the circulating supply of PIR is lesser, so the price will rise. Once the freeze period ends, you can claim your tokens from the smart contract and have them back on your wallet. As you can see, this mechanism will affect the price as well.
Q3: Can you tell us about the motivations and benefits for investors to hold tokens in the long term? What plans do you have in place to help drive demand and token scarcity?
Answer : For awesome questions!
Thanks for the question. As I’ve commented above, PIR and other tokens of the platform are extremely interesting in all terms.
Take in consideration our Road Map and development plans, that will include:
- NFT cards
- Interactive visual battlefield
- Mobile App
- Local and Worldwide Tournaments
- Upgrades for the characters (tokens) to make them more powerful or rare
- New species and much more…
Just think about what benefits it will bring for those who joins the project in the beginning!
As well we will obviously provide the project with continuous marketing, and PR support so that the major possible quantity of people can hear about us and try Piranhas.
Q4: What is the purpose of the Piranhas game? Is to kill as many Piranhas as possible? If I buy some Piranhas NFT, will I be the bad guy and people will try to kill me? How is the game?
Answer : Good question, thank you.
In reality the purpose of Piranhas very wide: starting from taking benefits from the economical model of the project, ending with making new contacts with players worldwide and just having fun.
You can provide liquidity on Uniswap and just earn on commissions, you can breed Megalodon and in future other fishes to sell them later or you can have your PIR on the wallet, join the clan and use Dynamite to attack other holders and in consequence increase the price of PIR token.
And remember, attacked tokens will never be lost — they will just maintain on the smart contract until you can claim them back.

Q5: We all know that “COOPERATION” in the blockchain industry is critical to long-term survival and dominance. Which partners has Piranhas been cooperating with? What are the benefits of this partnership?
Answer : Thank you for the question!
As we are a new project, the first on what we are focusing our attention on is security. We will conduct an audit of our main token contract and later provide results to our community. So the first cooperation will be with Security Audit companies. Later on, we had plans to create partnerships with big streaming services to give a maximum spread to our Tournaments to attract more users. Cooperation with oracle providers like Chainlink will also be a necessity once we start to add more features to the platform and unite different sectors with piranhas.

Segment 3: Live AMA Session
Q1 : Each fish has its own attack and defense characteristics, my question is, how do you decide which is the winner? What are the rewards for the winner and the loser? Do they lose their cards?
Answer : Good question. It’s true, that each fish or utencil from the shop ( like Dymanite ) has it’s own characteristics. In case if you will be attacked by somebody, you won’t lose your tokens, they will just be puted on another smart contract for a certain period of time from where you can claim them later.
Regarding the NFT cards we will publish all info once they are ready. And in this case the rules could be a bit different.

Q2 : While you build your project, do you take into account community feedbacks and demands?
Answer : Thanks for the question. Definitely we’ll take in consideration our community, their thoughts and ideas. Because mainly we are making the product for them, just based on our criterias. So if you have any suggestions or ideas, please share them with us in the chat piranhas_finance.
Q3: There are lots of new protocols launching that are designed to bring non-ethereum tokens to ethereum via a bridge. Is this something as a lending service you are looking forward to?
Answer : By the moment we haven’t thought about implementing this function, but we have possibility to add it in future. Due to the existance of already developed in-house products.
Q4 : how many slots are available at presale #PiranhasFinance this time ? is the minimum transaction to participate in the $PIR presale and how do I make a payment and where do I buy the $PIR token.
Answer : On Stage 2 of the pre-sale the slots are unlimited. The inly thing that we have allocated 70 000 PIR fot that stage with a price of 1 PIR = 0.0065 ETH ( 19% discount form the listing price).

Q5 : It is unfortunate that some projects remain half way because their developers abandon the concept because they cannot achieve the desired capitalization in the long term; how do you plan to make this project sustainable for its development?
Answer : It’s a very good questions taking in consideration the actual situation on the market and a lot of projects being abandoned.
In Piranhas we’ve thought about this by using part of collected during the pre-sale funds on the platform development in different areas:
- coding;
- design;
- marketing campaigns;
- PR campaigns;
- technical improvements of the servers and machinery etc.
We have a very clear idea and forecast in terms of what we want to achieve in the following years. We are totally sincere with our future users and community and will be totally tranaparent in our actions.
