Could you please introduce yourself and (YVSFinance) to us at the first session.
A2 : After several years of experience in financial markets throughout Europe in several banking and fintech companies, I have decided to leave the traditional sector and focus on developing innovative, transparent, and self-executing smart contracts focusing on decentralized finance products. I have completed my studies in the field of macroeconomics.
Together with my team, our goal is to build blockchain services that do not require governance or admin control and are completely self-sustainable from the deployment onwards. We have collectively decided to stay anonymous, because we can not have and do not wish to have any further impact on the project after the initial launch as everything will be pre-programmed. This will bring the ultimate security for investors.

Could you tell us what YVS Finance is? Why did you choose this name?
A3 : YVS is an innovative decentralized finance project that combines the best features for creating a truly unique, transparent and secure yield-farming platform. Because the smart contracts are completely pre-programmed before launch, investors can be calm with their deposits into our project. All tokens, from the pre-sale to the last token distributed, are coded in the contracts and can not be changed anymore. Everything will be audited by the top blockchain security firm Hacken and there will be no admin control on the contracts and no functions exposed that could lead to exploits.
Our presale starts on 11.12. and will run for 5 days, there are bonuses for early investors as well as for referrals.
We chose the name because it means YVS = Yield-farming, vaults and staking. We didn't want to complicate with the name and so we decided to go with a descriptive name.

Q4 : How is YVS Finance different from similar yield-farming projects?
A4 : We want to offer more trust to our investors. That is our primary goal. As mentioned before contracts have no owner and so after we deploy them we cannot do anything to compromise investors funds and distribution, claiming of tokens and liquidity will be automatically processed. We believe that the current state of DeFi is that there are just too many hacks and rug pulls and we hope that with our experienced coding, audits and pre-programmed contracts we can shine some light on bad things that are happening in this sector.
Our presale is also different as it offers investors a new way to earn more tokens by being more active with the referral link and daily bonuses if you invest in an early stage.
We will be offering yield-farming, staking and vaults immediately on launch and with guaranteed rewards for the first 20-month period, so we believe we offer much more than many other projects do after months of existence. I would point out our security and no admin control over contracts as 2 main differential features.
Q5 : What do you mean by "no admin control" and why is this important for investors?
A5 : Great follow up question!
By this we mean that the contracts can not be changed after deployment. The owner of the contracts has no control over functions which could change the distribution, transfer any funds or similar flaws that similar projects have been exposed to recently. We have completely removed any access to sensitive functions and all the distribution is pre-programmed which means that investors can be sure about their tokens and have no fear from exploits. Our entire contract repository is being audited by one of the best auditing firms Hacken. It will be finished before launch so that everyone can see that we’ve built a truly transparent and secure platform.
Q6 : Will the contracts be audited and by whom?
A6 : All the contracts will be audited already before launch by the renowned blockchain auditing firm Hacken, one of the best, if not the best, cyber-security firm on the market. The audit report will be released soon, so make sure to follow our Telegram and Twitter to receive all the latest news.
We’re certain that we’ve chosen the best possible auditing partner for our project and it will prove the quality of our services.

Q1 : Can you tell me how many of your tokens are distributed in your PRESALE and what is the price of each one? Is there a minimum purchase to be able to participate in your presale?
A1 : Of course, I can share more details about the presale.
Start is on 11.12. and it will last for 5 days or shorter if we are sold out prior to that.
The requirements are: minimum 1 ETH and maximum 50 ETH investment
We offer daily bonuses (12.5 % to 2.5 %) for early investors.
We also have a unique referral system that allows users to earn bonus tokens by using referral codes prior to making a purchase. An additional 1,0 % can be gained by using the referral split evenly between the referrer and depositor.

Q2 : What is your advantage over other projects? Is it from a security standpoint or technology do you use? Or are there other advantages? What makes you believe that your project is worth choosing?
A2 : I believe without a doubt that our most competitive advantage is the fact that we are creating the first and only decentralized yield-farming, vaults and staking project that will offer the ultimate security to investors. I would also like to point out the 3 main features our platform covers.
a) Token contracts audited pre-launch by auditing cyber-security firm Hacken, one of the most reputable blockchain companies
b) Yield-farming, staking and vaults with a guaranteed 20-month reward payout period, which means that investors can be sure about receiving their return for a long period of time for deposits both in YVS, Uniswap liquidity pool tokens as well as deposits in stablecoins and wrapped bitcoin. Locking periods as well as guaranteed liquidity on Uniswap with unique deposit conditions (higher rewards for longer locking periods, 50 % of liquidity is locked forever).
c) Unique presale system with daily bonuses for early investors and a unique referral system that will pay out members an additional 1.0 % bonus token payout split between the referrer and depositor.
Q3 : Now, many DeFi projects pop up every day, and investors have adapted to DeFi projects. What is YVSFinance’s opinion on this, and how does YVSFinance handle it to maintain its leading position ?
A3 : We have complete trust in our project as its safer and more transparent than most of other DeFi projects that are emerging everyday. With YVS we want to restore some of the trust in DeFi sphere as other projects are being done with bad, not optimized and poorly secured code. We believe this along with nice APYs we will be offering will make YVSFinance competitive at the highest level.
Q4 : Each project created has its own missions and goals, so what are YVSFinance 'missions and goals in the future? How important YVSFinance will be to everyone in the future ?
A4 : The goal of our project is to provide the first and only truly decentralized yield-farming experience to the users. No other project exists that has all functionality pre-programmed in the contracts themselves. By this we mean yield-farming, staking and vaults. We offer the full suite of DeFi products already at launch with guaranteed rewards for the next 20 months and even beyond that with our unique 0.75 % burn rate on transfers. I believe there are not many other projects that can say the same and that is our main objective. YVS Finance will be a pilot experiment that I am sure will be used in the future as well and will be taken as a model for future projects.
Q5 : One of the most important aspects in DeFi is the pool of liquidity. How will YVS Finance structure its liquidity groups and how will the management of liquidity groups work?
A5 : We will be offering liquidity pool ETH-YVS with 65% reward distribution. 80 % of the funds collected in the presale will be used as revenue for the project. This will be used for launching marketing campaigns, providing initial liquidity on Uniswap and for exchange listings. 50 % of the deposited liquidity will be locked forever. However, you will still gain rewards from the full amount of liquidity you provide and rewards will be claimable at any moment. The only limit will be that when you try to withdraw your funds, you will only be able to withdraw 50 % of the total deposited amount.

Q1 : Currently a lot of crypto investors use phones to work, so does YVSFinance have a plan to develop a platform on IOS or ANDROID?
A1 : We have on our team few developers that are specialized in mobile development. Mobile application might be something we consider in the future but its not on our roadmap currently.
Q2 : " Security and privacy " are very important ,
how secured is YVS for its users ?
A2 : We ensure the highest security standards for our project by getting an official done by one of the best blockchain security firms in crypto - Hacken. We believe with this decision we will be able to prove to all investors that we take security as our primary concern. By providing a full audit review prior to launch and by having all functionality pre-built into the deployed contracts, there is no doubt that we are building a trustworthy and transparent platform.
Q3 : What are you presently focusing on in YVS Finance ? Is it building and developing or getting customers and users, or partnerships?
A3 : We are focusing on building secure and transparent platform where people can invest and earn passive income. Our top priority is our investor’s funds so logically we focus on that sector the most. We are also actively searching for possible partnerships. We have a team of marketing experts who are constantly working on bringing YVS to as many people as possible.
Q4 : There isn’t a governance system in YVS Finance and its protocol is completely decentralized, so how is it supposed to be maintained long term?
A4 : It will be controlled by the smart contract itself! This is the meaning of true decentralization where no actor can have an impact of the direction of the project. The so-called controller contract will keep distributing rewards in the future and provide incentives to investors for as long as the blockchain itself exists. No possible changes in the allocation of the pools, or any other form of flaw, that could be exploited by external hacks. Everything is pre-defined and will stay so.
We’ve teamed up with several influencers that believe in our project and will help us get even more investors. We’ve launched successful collaborations with JustLiquidity and Hacken to provide the best security standards on the market for investors. We will be subscribing to marketing campaigns on prominent cryptocurrency sites to attract new people. We still have several other venues to reach new investors such as YouTube and more.
